| Teresa Balcom has worked in the Washington D.C. area for more than thirty years in various aspects of the design and decorating field. In 1980, she moved here from Michigan and began a design career that encompasses custom drapery and bedding, upholstery, wall coverings, shutters, lighting and all elements of interior design. Teresa also has extensive experience with Hunter Douglas products. Color Wheel has been Teresa’s design home for more than 4 years. She enjoys the in-home consultation aspect of her job and incorporates her unique sense of fun into her work. She has an acute eye for color. Teresa resides in Loudoun County, where she finds inspiration from the elements of nature.
